Love it or hate it, online dispute resolution is coming!
This is just to provide the basic information about the EU Online Dispute Resolution Platform, coming into effect around Valentine’s Day:
All businesses trading online have to provide an easily accessible link to the Online Platform by 15 February and an email address for the business.
The Platform allows customers to register their complaints online and for them to be directed to an appropriate Certified ADR Provider like ProMediate.
