During times of #Brexit uncertainty there are bound to be more disputes between businesses and customers/suppliers as well as internal issues with employees.
The problems will not necessarily be anyone’s fault but businesses may be in financial difficulties. In those circumstances they may not be able to afford to litigate and will need additional cooperation from staff, and need to be more understanding if they are suffering from stress and anxiety.
We think that businesses are likely to turn towards ADR and mediation as a way of resolving disputes and issues which arise.
