I do think that some of the recommendations are not cost effective or commercial for smaller mediation providers, such as providing financial support for training. It isn’t clear how we are meant to afford such steps.

Overall though there are good suggestions some of which we have already implemented at ProMediate and I have been a keen proponent of making the appointment process fairer and open to new mediators.
