A ProMediate team took part in the Conway half marathon on Sunday 22 November 2016. It was a gruelling course but the team did well on the steep slopes of the Great Orme. We put the same energy in to resolving disputes, always going the extra mile. Contrary to popular belief there is a “me” in team and also in mediation. Each individual is very important, not least the mediator. With ProMediate’s mediators all being professional qualified people and a rigorous selection procedure, quality is assured.
