Our experience in the dispute resolution world tells us that most clients want solutions not to be locked into interminable legal proceedings.
The government/Ministry of Justice is considering making mediation a compulsory step.
Therefore we are launching a new free service whereby Solicitors/clients notify us of a dispute and within 7 days we contact the other party to mediate.
If the other party refuses to mediate we issue a certificate to evidence this to the Court should proceedings be necessary.
if they agree, we set up the remote mediation appointment.
