What is workplace mediation?

Workplace mediation is the process when a mediator facilitates a discussion between individuals to find a mutual resolution. Our mediators are professionally trained, independent and impartial.

Workplace mediation normally takes place when informal discussions have failed to come up with a solution. The process is voluntary, giving all parties the freedom to terminate.

We encourage all parties to attend our mediation service in good faith. All parties must show a willingness to be honest and open around issues that are currently being experienced in the workplace.

We take away the me versus you attitude. We encourage collaboration in order to find an agreement that is mutually acceptable for all parties.

Why use our workplace mediation service?

Either email, phone or use the contact us form to notify us of your query or case.

One of our friendly workplace mediators will aim to respond to you within 5 working days. This is to arrange an appointment to discuss your case in detail. In this conversation all questions and queries are welcome and will allow you the opportunity to familiarise yourself with the mediation process.

From there if you wish to go ahead with the service we will then arrange a time where your mediator will meet with the disputing parties separately. This is a great opportunity for each party to discuss their current concerns and start to form the agenda of the joint session.

Your mediator will arrange a time and place that is mutually suitable for all parties for the joint mediation session to take place.
