I was instrumental in setting up North Staffordshire Landlords’ Association (NSLA) and was Secretary and then Board member for around 6 years. I have been a private landlord for over 30 years. I have the contract for the provision of Mediation services for Aspire Housing, Newcastle-under-Lyme Borough Council and Riverside Housing, helping resolve neighbour disputes. I am also Accredited Family Mediation, and able to sign off Court applications to be heard in the Family Court.
