Jackie Kenny
Dr Jackie Kenny became a mediator following a career in the NHS spanning 40 years. Managing a service in a high pressured, stressful environment required strong leadership skills including the soft skills which are essential to mediation.
Jackie also has a great deal of experience (over 20) mediations conducted remotely in consumer cases under our ADR Roadshow project
Jackie’s experience in the NHS provides a unique insight into the challenges facing big organisations in and out of the public sector. Firmly believing that workplace disputes impact on service provision, client care and people’s working lives she firmly believes in workplace mediation as an effective mechanism for getting teams back to a place where individuals thrive and service quality improves.
Although relatively new to the commercial world of mediation, she brings these communcation skills with her to provide a relaxed safe environment to facilitate parties finding the way to a mutually beneficial resolution.
