Mediation helps to resolve conflicts in the workplace. Employment Tribunals and workplace disputes are increasing. Now is the perfect time to train as a workplace mediator and register with the CMC as a workplace mediator.

The Course includes:
8 hours’ training in person and a minimum of 3 hours pre or post course work/reading/preparation
It sets the context of workplace vs civil/commercial mediation e.g. power imbalance, how to deal with confidentiality
Includes role play exercises/feedback
