We are proud to be members of the Federation of Small Businesses and today is Small Business Saturday!
This serves as a useful reminder that all uk businesses that sell online will need to amend their terms and conditions and put a link on their websites to the EU ODR (online dispute resolution) portal from January 2016, even if they have no intention of using it. It’s the law.
