We have completed our annual Reports relating to the ADR/mediations we have carried out.
We have not carried out any gambling operator mediations this year. The number of cases we dealt with reduced following Brexit as we used to work for EU gambling operators.
In relation to consumer mediation we undertook a small number of mediations / ADR in respect of car hire/repairs, car purchase and domestic building work. Since Brexit we have seen a reduction in ADR and the Courts are now offering free mediation in small claims cases.
