We are putting on a roadshow to promote alternative dispute resolution for businesses and consumers, part funded by the EU.
Many businesses are still unaware of the obligation to signpost consumers to ADR following the conclusion of a customer complaint. The obligation is to signpost the customer to ADR under the ADR Regulations 2015.
Apart from anything else ADR can help resolve complaints and increase customer satisfaction and retention.
The UK government last week also recommended the use of mediation and ADR for contractual disputes arising out of Coronavirus.
