Many businesses are still unaware of the obligation to signpost consumers to ADR following the conclusion of a customer complaint. The obligation is to signpost the customer to ADR under the ADR Regulations 2015.

The UK government last week also recommended the use of mediation and ADR for contractual disputes arising out of Coronavirus.
