Interesting to hear the new Master of the Rolls today, Sir Geoffrey Vos talk about the increased use of technology in the Courts. He spoke about having an integrated online Court with ADR and mediation as part of the system. There is no doubt that he is committed to increasing the use of remote hearings and technology to increase access to the justice system.
