I am attending a #CivilJusticeCouncil event today as part of the post-implementation review of the Legal Aid, Sentencing & Punishment of Offenders Act 2012.
The Government yesterday published its Initial Assessment, going into the review – https://lnkd.in/gXwwBsC. This includes an online survey https://lnkd.in/gR7hDqJ – the deadline for which is 24 August 2018.
I am looking forward to asking Sir Rupert Jackson about how he feels his #ADR #mediation proposals were implemented. Anyone with any other issues they would like me to raise as Law Society Civil Litigation Council Member please get in touch.
