- Contact a mediation provider like ProMediate, registered with the Civil Mediation Council
- Identify a few mediators who have experience in the area. www.promediate.co.uk/who-we-are/find-a-mediator
- Speak to ProMediate or email on enquiries@promediate.co.uk
- obtain copies of mediator’s resumes – or download from ProMediate
- Put forward your preferred mediator/s to the other party
