No Settlement – 50% refund

ProMediate is confident that our world class mediators can resolve most disputes.

Therefore, subject to acceptance by ProMediate having considered the case, and both parties agreeing to instruct us on this basis, we agree to refund 50% of the mediator’s fee if the matter does not settle at the mediation or within 28 days thereafter.

This does not create any conflict of interest as ProMediate will pay the mediator in any event.

In order to qualify for this offer the parties must provide details of the case before booking the mediation and it must be deemed to have a 70% chance of settlement by ProMediate.
