Embracing change is the key to progress

“Progress is impossible without change, and those who cannot change their minds cannot change anything.” So wrote Bernard Shaw. Likewise we are seeing change occurring to the litigation culture in the UK, with people recognising that mediation can be a way of breaking out of a cycle of conflict in a positive way.
