- all our mediators are fully qualified professional people and many are judges in the County Court.
- we are members of the Civil Mediation Council and our CEO is the Chief Assessor of the Law Society’s Civil and Commercial mediation accreditation scheme. We espouse the highest possible professional standards.
- we operate the Greater Manchester Chamber of Commerce Dispute Management Service designed to offer members a confidential, cost effective way of resolving claims at an early stage.
